Dosage:
Habitually, recommended daily dosage for dried reishi are as follows: - 1 to 2 grams for a healthy person and for health maintenance, - 2 to 5 grams for a specific ailments (feeling tired, ...), and - 5 to 10 grams and up to 30~40 grams for serious ailments
